Responsibilities

Setup our Service Manager application (JIRA Service Desk)

Establish problem ticket types and Q

Define platform data collection, monitoring, alerting and auto repair practices

Build the knowledgeable of known problems and problematic patterns

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot cloud deployments in both GCP and AWS
• Ability to troubleshoot kubernetes / openshift issues both in cloud or on prem
• Automation tooling for deployment and recovery of platform using tools such as Teraform and Ansible
• 3 years of Google APIGEE experience (how to troubleshoot runtime issues in hybrid setup)
• Familiar with Google Cloud monitoring offerings like : Looker etc....
• Familiar with grafana, prometheus, elastic stack and trace capture tooling like jaeger
