Business Analyst
On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Business Analyst.
Business Analyst Job Description
Evaluate, analyze, streamline requirements for complex initiatives with an understanding of business needs
Working closely with Product Owner / Stakeholders / Project team to shape and craft business solutions to meet project goals
Monitor business as usual activity to take real-world pulse of what could impact the business and the project / initiatives on hand
Connecting with Stakeholders, product & process managers during standups
Analyzing processes and procedures, documenting gaps, identifying opportunities
Creating and developing process maps and user-guides
Connecting with core team to share requirements / discuss ideas
Test Case Development and UAT performance (where needed)
Working closely with testing and client experience teams to develop test cases to validate requirements
Business Analyst Mandatory Skills
Maturity in Business Analysis skills and experience in complex projects
Experience in data type projects
Microsoft Office / Excel (pivot tables)
Business analysis / complex process-related problem-solving experience
Some data science experience (collection, data organization, manipulation, excel pivot / visual basic a major plus)
Research / investigate existing systems / processes
Strong writing skills to author end to end Process flows, procedures, policies, user-guides
Collecting and leveraging data
5+ years of experience working with IT team and Business
Business acumen
Able to deal with ambiguity
Analytical thinker, detailed oriented with good problem-solving skills
Results oriented
Strong writing skills
Storytelling / Presentation Skills
Organized with strong time management skills
Ability to work independently
