The Opportunity

The Senior Marketing Manager - Technology and Transformation, reports to the Solutions & capabilities marketing team lead, and will be a key member of the global KPMG Advisory marketing team.

The role will focus on creating the strategy and delivering our technology and transformation marketing plans globally, including through our network of member firms and global sectors. #LI-Hybrid

What you will do

  • Assume end-to-end ownership of the strategic marketing plan and messaging for the technology consulting and transformation business units.
  • Work with colleagues in the advisory content team to ensure timeline delivery of marketing materials including editorial content, design, thought leadership, digital materials (e.

g. infographics and social media content), and other client-facing materials

  • Responsible for creation of hero campaigns to help grow KPMG's reputation with current and potential clients, including the development and execution of global tech report and similar thought leadership.
  • Raise the external profile of technology and transformation expertise at KPMG, with a focus on key global and local spokespeople in target markets.
  • Manage the program budget for technology and transformation marketing campaigns, including regular reporting to marketing leadership on the progress of initiatives and expenditures.
  • Establish clear objectives and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for all campaigns with the goal of delivering the most impactful programs possible through continuous improvement.

This includes overseeing regular reporting on results of marketing initiatives against established benchmarks to Marketing leadership.

What you bring to the role

  • Minimum of 7 years of integrated marketing experience within the professional service industry or similar.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated success and experience working in a global, matrix organization, with preference for those with more than 3 years of experience.
  • Strong marketing skills across a wide range of channels, with a focus on content marketing and digital marketing.
  • Demonstrable success in developing and implementing complex (and preferably international) marketing programs - including developing consistent messaging, robust marketing performance measurement and reporting capturing relevant data points and determining ROI.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing a global marketing program across multiple geographies, functions and sectors.
