The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence.
In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
This is initially a part time role that could evolve into a full time role.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
- Assist with benefits administration
- Maintain employee handbook
- Advise senior management on HR continuous improvements.
- Produce employment contracts (based off of templates).
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
- Assist with payroll administration
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 5+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
- When required must be able to work in the office 2-3 days per week
- Proactive attitude to ensure activities and tasks are performed completely and accurately
- Strong leadership skills to complete objectives and continually improve operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
