We are looking for a reliable Heavy-duty cleaner to work part-time and clean the common areas of a building located in the Toronto area
Schedule : Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 12 pm. Day Shift

Scope of Work
- Clean, heavy duty cleaning, sanitize, and perform duties, including but not limited to : routine, deep and touch up cleaning, and maintenance of common space, hallways, stairways, laundry room, gym area and office space
- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces
- Clean office space (cupboards, refrigerator, countertops, and other appliances), and bathroom facilities
- Empty garbage and recycle as required
- Check that supplies are adequate in washrooms
- Service hours : Sat and Sun (4 hours / day)
Must-Haves to Be Considered :
- Have 1 year of Heavy Duty cleaning experience
- Willing to undergo a criminal background check for each team member working with us
- Mobile phone with internet access and iOS 14+ or Android 7+ versions
- Be reliable, professional, on time and detail-oriented
- Drivers license - experience using a commercial garbage compactor is preferred
Wage rate : $17.50 / hour
