Compensation :

$85,000 - $167,500 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Generate leads for potential clients
  • Attend training sessions to enhance real estate knowledge and skills
  • Follow up on leads until appointments are scheduled with either a listing or buyer’s agent
  • Communicate regularly with homebuyers via phone calls and emails to maintain relationships and ensure brand recall
  • Produce monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress towards company goals
  • Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and successfully convert them into new clients
  • Utilize CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information for agents
  • Schedule appointments and conduct them efficiently

Qualifications :

  • To be considered for this position as an Entry Level Real Estate Sales Agent you must possess a valid Real Estate License
  • Prior experience in sales is required for this role
  • Strong communication skills are essential for effective client interactions
  • The role offers commission opportunities as part of the compensation package
  • Additionally, having a valid Drivers License is a mandatory requirement
