We represent one of the largest telecommunications companies in the nation and we are looking for a full-time entry-level marketing representative to deliver the best in class customer service to our clients.
Many of our current representatives were waiting tables, bartending, or working on their degree in marketing or public relations before joining our team.
Their experience working with people one on one and in teams in these jobs made for an easy transition into our fast-paced people-oriented business.
Responsibilities :
- Direct Customer Service with new and current customers
- Consumer and Field Marketing for Sales support
- Marketing and Promotions for our Clients
- Develop and train new team members
- Attend daily and weekly impact meetings
- Identifying and delivering customer needs
Job Requirements :
The following are the suggested qualifications for the position :
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not necessary
- Effective interpersonal & excellent communication skills
- Experience in retail, hospitality , or entertainment
- Self-confidence, flexibility, and sense of humor
- Results-driven attitude with a hunger for success
