We are currently looking for a Full time Office Administrator

As the Office Administrator , you will play a significant role to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our business.

You will represent our values in a professional manner and be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, managing supplies, coordinating office activities, and providing support to the leadership team.

This position requires a self-motivated and dedicated professional who works well both independently and, in a team-oriented environment.

Well-developed interpersonal and organizational skills are necessary to liaise with managers and staff within the business unit, and with external clients.

The ideal candidate will be adept at handling multiple tasks, providing superior service, and maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

General administrative support for the leadership team including calendar, meeting, and email management

Manage business travel, meeting invitations, coordinate schedules, prepare and circulate meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute as required

Prepare and finalize letters, memos, reports, and presentations with an eye to proof reading and editing correspondence

Liase between employees and management to address concerns and facilitate open communication

Organize company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs to help foster a positive work culture

Work collaboratively and build working relationships corporately and with other business partners

Coordinate various personnel matters on behalf of the Plant Manager

Required QUALIFICATIONS :

A completed certificate or diploma in a related field plus at least 3 years of experience

Equivalent combinations of experience and education may be considered

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Intermediate administrative and computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Adobe, and PeopleSoft are highly valued assets

Previous experience in a manufacturing organization is an asset
