Techso is looking to expand its IT team. You will be working as a DevOps Specialist to meet the needs of our Montreal-based customers.
Responsibilities :
- Work with our customers to configure systems to the distinct needs of each project
- Design and implement cloud architectures and infrastructure (AWX, Azure)
- Deployment, monitoring and maintenance (MCO), administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, etc.
- Continuous improvement of our technical foundation (Git, Ansible, Terraform...)
- Training design and delivery
- Participate in on-call and sometimes off-call rotation (weekends and evenings)
- Ensure that the solution is delivered to the quality, cost and deadline previously agreed with the customer
Required skills :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- 5 years+ of working experience in a similar position
- Strong experience of a Linux environment (Ubuntu, RedHat, Debian)
- Knowledge of a cloud environment and its components (Azure or AWS)
- Experience using Open Source applications
- Experience with DevOps tools (Ansible, Terraform )
- Experience with virtualization / containerization tools (Docker and / or Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Knowledge of Python and / or Bash
- Good relationship, love of Ops and teamwork!
- Good communication skills in French and English, both written and spoken, as some of your customers will be French or English-speaking
