DESKTOP SUPPORT
Join this IT Infrastructure and Operations Team providing first-line IT Support to internal staff. You will get to work with a variety of technologies, including Windows 11, Windows Server, Active Directory management, Office 365 Apps, SharePoint, Finance & CRM systems, and many others.
Your Role :
- Set up (including software installation), deploy, track and relocate laptops and phones.
- Install and configure Microsoft Windows 10 / 11 Enterprise, MS Office, and other applications.
- Troubleshoot problems.
- Work with users in multiple time zones that may require very light travel to other sites.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1+ years of IT Support / Helpdesk (recent college graduates with lab support experience welcomed to apply).
- Experience setting up and troubleshooting laptops, mobile phones, Windows OS, and MS Office.
- Must be able to write and speak English.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Personable, friendly, easy going, and easy to talk to.
