Responsibilities :
Develop and implement operational strategies to improveproductivity and performance
Manage daytodayoperations including budgeting resource allocation andscheduling
Monitor key performance indicatorsand implement corrective actions as needed
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes andenhance overall efficiency
Ensure compliancewith company policies and industry regulations
Identify opportunities for cost savings and processimprovements
Lead and motivate a team ofemployees to achieve operational goals
Experience :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relatedfield; Masters degree preferred
Provenexperience in an operations management role with a minimum of 5years in a similar capacity
Strong analyticalskills with the ability to interpret data and make strategicdecisions
Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities to effectively interact with diverseteams
Proficiency in project management toolsand software applications
Experience inimplementing quality management systems is a plus
