We are looking to recruit a new Finance and Administration Director for our client, a very nice paragovernmental organization.

The organization covers various sectors of activity and your role will be key to continuing to improve the financial function as well as managing procurement and buildings.

This role has great potential to develop in the short term into a Senior Director reporting directly to the organization's Managing Director.

Responsibilities

As the finance and administration director, your responsibilities will include :

• Manage accounting and financial operations
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Optimize processes
• Supervise and develop the team (9 people)
• Manage buildings and supplies
• Help manage human resources in close collaboration with the Human Resources Manager
• Represent the organization in the central organisation meeting and other external parties.

Qualifications

For this finance and adminstration director role, we are looking for someone who has the following qualifications :

• Minimum 10 years experience with supervisory experience
• Experience in public or paragovernmental organizations
• Bilingual in French and English
