Position : PART-TIME Payroll technician
3 month contract with possibility of extension
Schedule : 16 hours per week
2 days in office
Salary : 30-35$ / h
Location : Ville Saint Laurent
Our client is looking for a part-time payroll technician to process the payroll for 150 non-unionized employees in Quebec.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Nethris, be available to come into the offices Mondays and Tuesdays (or Wednesdays) located in VSL, twice per week, and be French speaking .

Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Process the payroll for 150 ee in Quebec only
- Non-unionized employees only
- Process bi-weekly payroll
- Participate in preparation of T4s R1s
- Work in collaboration with HR
- Review all CNESST cases / 1%
Qualifications
Qualifications :
- Canadian payroll certificate ( asset only)
- Experience with Nethris ( a strong asset )
- Excellent communication skills in French (functional English an asset)
