Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as Business, Management Operations, Engineering, etc.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Operational Consulting
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Project Manager in a team-based environment.
- Strong analytical and mathematical proficiencies. Has ability to develop evaluation and measurement methodologies to track savings and performance improvements.
- In addition to providing client results, has identified, and delivered additional revenue opportunities in their role as Project Lead.
Preferred Skills and Capabilities
- Total proficiency in MS suites, including ability to develop presentation material via Power Point.
- Experience utilizing Power BI.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, oral and written.
- Experience providing one on one training and coaching at supervisory and mid-management levels.
- Has worked in a coaching capacity with Senior and Executive Management.
- Must demonstrate strong leadership skills. Provides a growth and learning environment to their team. Focused on team building.
- Bilingual (English / French / Spanish).
- PROSCI certified / Change Management designation.
- Certification in Continuous Improvement concepts such as Lean / Kaizen, Six Sigma, and TQM.
- Has a solid knowledge base and has worked with JIT, MRP, SAP, CMMS and ERP.
- Has a solid knowledge base and has worked in Supply Chain and Inventory Management.
