We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support one of our busy partners in their practice. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the partner remains organized, on track, and able to focus on delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Calendar Mastery : Manage the partner's calendar with precision, scheduling and prioritizing meetings, appointments, and commitments to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Travel Coordination : Handle all aspects of travel planning and logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries, ensuring smooth and hassle-free travel experiences.
- Client Service Support : Serve as a liaison between the partner and clients, responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and providing exceptional service to maintain strong client relationships.
- Meeting Management : Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations, coordinate meeting logistics, and ensure follow-up on action items, facilitating seamless and productive meetings.
- Administrative Support : Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, drafting communications, expense reporting, and other ad hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications :
- 5+ Years of Executive Assistant Experience : Proven track record of providing high-level support to C-suite executives or partners in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Exceptional Organizational Skills : Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and maintain attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent Communication Skills : Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
Experience with calendar management systems and travel booking platforms is a plus.
Discretion and Confidentiality : Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

This is a full-time position requiring 5 days in the office and 40 hours per week.
