They are looking to hire a Sales Training Manager. This leader will play a pivotal role in connecting with global teams, creating core sales materials, and providing strong training and ongoing development to their staff.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales training strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Build and lead a team of infield sales trainers spread out across Canada and the US
- Develop strategies and programs to implement sales processes, methodologies, and ongoing training
- Create and implement initiatives to enhance positive customer experiences and satisfaction
- Oversee programs to coach and develop exception sales skills
- Design and manage volume and performance evaluation processes to drive a high-performance culture using incentives
- Ensuring clear and effective team communication
Requirements
- Must be located in Toronto
- This role requires travel across the US and Canada (25 weeks annually, visiting 20+ locations)
- 4+ years of experience working within sales training
- Experience leading sales training programs at high-volume, direct to consumer sales teams (call centers, infield services)
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and processes
- Ability to work and connect with many teams and stakeholders
- Skilled in implementing training with a past success in a sales background
- Experience building and implementing sales scripts, tooling and metrics

Requirements
