We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Team Leader to join our dynamic team. As a team leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance activities and team members, ensuring that all projects and products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities :

Leadership and Management :

  • Lead, mentor and manage the quality assurance team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation of team members.
  • Organize and run daily scrum stand-up meetings, ensuring team alignment and addressing any roadblocks.
  • Prepare sprint drafts and follow up on current sprint progress, assisting in planning future sprints.

Quality Assurance :

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes, strategies, and methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Execute and supervise the execution of test cases, identify defects, and track issues to resolution.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Conduct regular quality audits, analyze quality metrics and performance data, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
  • Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a QA Lead or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Proficiency in test management software (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
  • Experience with both manual and automated testing.
  • Knowledge of programming languages and frameworks relevant to your tech stack.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) can be an advantage.
  • Understanding of agile / scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements if applicable to your industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
