- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety features into AI models and applications.- Perform risk assessments and safety evaluations of AI systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI safety and contribute to the community through publications and presentations.
Minimum Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields. Strong knowledge of data structure and algorithms, proficient in at least one coding language, including but not limited to Python, Go, Java, C++.
- Familiar with the entire software development life cycle including product discussion, research and analysis (demand and supply side) , document writing, system design, coding, testing, etc.
- Passion for new technologies and proven capability in analysis and problem-solving.- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualification : - Knowledge of AI safety principles, including robustness, interpretability, and fairness is a plus
