Associate, Private Equity
What You Bring
- Undergraduate degree with a strong academic record and a focus on business, finance, economics, accounting or management consulting
- 2 to 5 years of related work experience; this may include private equity, investment banking, equity research, restructuring, consulting and / or transaction advisory / due diligence
- Additional qualifications are an asset, including CFA or CPA
- Demonstrated experience and a strong understanding of applied investment and valuation analysis
- Investment mindset, team-oriented, detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively in high performance environments
- Excellent communications skills and a demonstrated ability to present well-articulated ideas
- Self-motivated with the desire to work as part of an entrepreneurial team
