We are looking for a highlymotivated and experienced Business Development Sales andPartnerships Lead to join our team. This individual will beresponsible for identifying new business opportunities developingand maintaining strategic partnerships and driving sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in businessdevelopment sales and relationship management as well as a deepunderstanding of our industry and targetmarket.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Lead thesales process from start to finish including identifying potentialclients pitching our products and services and closingdeals.
- Develop and maintain strategicpartnerships with key stakeholders in theindustry.
- Build and maintain strongrelationships with clients and partners ensuring their needs aremet and their expectations areexceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams todevelop and execute business development strategies andinitiatives.
- Monitor industry trends andcompetitor activities and use this information to inform businessdevelopment strategies.
- Represent the companyat industry events and conferences and actively engage withpotential clients and partners.
- Prepare andpresent regular reports on business development and salesactivities and provide insights and recommendations forimprovement.

- Build DeFi Sales Pipeline.
- Description : Collaborating with the cofoundersto lead a project aimed at increasing the companys market share inspecific verticals of crypto where the company is currentlyunderperforming or has identified significant growth potential.
This project would involve analyzing market data identifying keystakeholders and developing targeted sales strategies to increasethe companys presence and sales in those regions.
- Sample Tasks
- Gather Dataon the top 100 Defi Protocols
- Organize Data inCRM and ChainPatrol Sales Pipeline
- Createcustomized sales documents tailored to DeFi
- Collaborate with Founders to gather investorand network introductions
- Identify targetProtocols that are present at conferences and form warm connections
- Cold outreach to any protocol where a warmintro is not formed
- Book demo calls with theFounders gather feedback and requirements from the customers
- Follow up with hot leads and close thecontract.
- Launchinga New Product Line :
- Collaborating with thecofounders to lead a project to introduce a new product line to themarket. This project would involve coordinating with the productdevelopment and marketing teams to understand the features andbenefits of the new products developing sales materials andtraining programs for the sales team and creating a sales strategyto effectively launch and promote the new products tocustomers.

- Scaling ourARR over $1 Million this year
- Communicatingwith clients and gathering information about a projects scopebudgets and timelines.
- Perform prospectingactivities such as cold calling andnetworking.
- Solve problems for clients byunderstanding and exceeding theirexpectations

- Stay currentwith company offerings and industrytrends.
- Oversee and achieve organizationalgoals while upholding bestpractices.

Qualifications :
- Bachelorsdegree in Business Marketing or a relatedfield.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience inbusiness development sales and relationshipmanagement.
- Proven track record of drivingsales growth and building strategicpartnerships.
- Strong communication negotiationand presentation skills.
- Excellentproblemsolving and analytical skills.
- Abilityto work independently and as part of ateam.
- Strong project management skills andattention to detail.
- Knowledge of the industryand target market.
SecondaryQualifications
- Excellent writtencommunication skills
- Proficiency in AIbasedresearch tools; ChatGPT etc.
- Proficient inMicrosoft Office and GoogleSuite
- Detailoriented and able to managemultiple projects simultaneously
- Basicunderstanding of crypto space is preferred but not a hardrequirement
