We are seeking seven highly skilledRemote Certified Packagingprofessionals based in Canada fluent in both CanadianFrench and English to join our team.
This fully remote workfromhomeposition involves customer support for a premium client in themedical field specifically in pharmaceutical services.
Your role iscrucial in ensuring that pharmaceutical packaging processes meetthe highest standards of quality andcompliance.
Summary ofResponsibilities :
You will be thefirst point of contact for customers regarding order managementproduct and service complaints adverse events and generalinquiries.
You will be responsible for the initial intakedocumentation and distribution of customer needs. The role requiresindependent resolution of moderately complex inquiries and theinvestigation of issues related to shipments returns credits andorders.
EssentialDuties andResponsibilities :
- Serve as the firstpoint of contact for all customer inquiries and product / servicecomplaints via phone fax email oronline.
- Handle order entry for homepatients andclinics.
- Thoroughly document all inquiriesin accordance with companyprocedures.
- Redirect complex or specializedconcerns
- Expedite customer orders asrequired.
- Investigate and resolve issuesrelated to shipment of products returns credits andorders.
- Meet assigned targets related toorder and callmanagement.
- Process and issuecredits / returns.
- Set up new patients following theoutlined onboarding process and maintainrecords.
- Build relationships withcrossfunctional teams andclinics.
- Maintain patientprescriptions / records and attend all required Customer Caremeetings / training.
- Adhere to company proceduresrelated to complaintmanagement.
Requirements
Education / Experience :
- Required : High schooldiploma.
- Preferred : Bachelor s degree in life sciences health sciences or relateddiscipline.
- RequiredExperience : Minimum of 2 years in customerservice.
- PreferredExperience : 5 years in customer service preferably within the healthcarepharmaceutical industry and a basic knowledge of broad supply chainactivities.

- Duration : Five weeks of paid training starting inSeptember.
- Format : Fullyremote / workfromhome.
