About the Client

Our client is sourcing a Senior Financial Consultant - ERP implementation for a 12-Month Contract.

About the Opportunity

• Assess the current accounting processes and identify areas for optimization
• Work with big data and ensure smooth transition of information from legacy system
• Develop strategies to increase system efficiency and user adoption
• Facilitate the transition of legacy employees to new system
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new features and workflows
• Provide advanced training and support to end-users
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to align the new systems functionality with organizational goals
• Monitor system performance and user feedback to continuously improve the ERP environment

About You

• Proven track record in ERP implementation
• Experience working big data
• Strong understanding of change management principles and experience in user adoption strategies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade a diverse group of stakeholders
• Experience in conducting advanced training sessions and workshops
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable
