This position is responsible for the efficient and expedient flow of inside sales operations with a focus on providing superior customer service.
Responsibilities
- Candidates must achieve a thorough knowledge and understanding of our Corporate and LLC product offerings and attend all pertinent training opportunities.
- Must contribute to overall sales growth by proactively interacting with dealers and increasing Blue Giant brand awareness.
- Collaborate with Blue Giant team members from other departments to ensure the highest quality of service is being provided and all customer expectations are exceeded.
- Collaborate with Sales team and Technical Support team to ensure tasks are completed and quotes are provided within the defined parameters.
If obstacles are met, elevate to necessary parties for find resolution.
- Provide support to colleagues during peak work and / or traveling periods.
- Will be the conduit for information and issue resolution, working closely with all internal support departments as required and will be the key communicator to convey updates to both internal and external audiences.
- Review & prepare Dealer quotes on Configure Blue based on specifications given by customer.
- Manage leads and opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
- Work closely with Sales team to ensure proper fulfilment of equipment, production dates and freight.
- Work with order entry department to make sure orders are processed, dated and released on time.
- Routinely print order reports and follow-up proactively regarding status of order / release of drawings, financial status, logistics, etc.
- Liaise with Inventory / Production functions as necessary to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliveries.
- Be the key inside contact and own the inquiry and / or issue from inception to resolution by liaising with internal support departments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Five years + previous work experience in outside sales. Preference will be given to those with experience in the loading dock and / or material handling industries.
- This is an IN-OFFICE position.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM Salesforce.

Salary Range : $60-65K
