Whatis in it foryou :
Hourly salary of $23.72.
6monthcontract with the potential forextension.
Fulltime : 37.50 hoursper week.
Flexible schedule : shifts starting between 8 : 30 and 9 : 30am.
Hybrid work : 2 remote daysand 3 office days (Tuesdays toThursday).

Responsibilities :
Format job descriptions for both internal and external postingsincluding niche site postings.
Communicate with applicants and Recruiters to fill open positionsand perform a variety of activities in support of the RecruitingDepartment.
Review resumesconduct employment verification and reference checks generate andsend offer letters and provide administrative support throughoutthe recruiting process up to the offerstage.
Coordinate and scheduleinterviews between applicants and hiringmanagers.
Provide administrativesupport to the Talent Acquisition Team by managing RecruitmentCoordination activities including interview arrangement backgroundcheck adjudication facilitating onboarding and orientationprocesses.
Initiate and completethe preemployment screening process including tracking followup andmanaging associated costs.
Managebackground checks by coordinating with candidates and thebackground check vendor.
Collaborate with other functional HR departments to ensureeffective information flow and a consistentapproach.
Assist with recruitmentoperationsrelated special projects asassigned.
Support internal andexternal recruiting processes and provide customer service toclients.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
2 to 3 years of administrativeexperience.
1 to 2 years of HRexperience preferably in training administration orrecruitment.
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office including Word Excel andOutlook.
Experience withcandidate databases.
Welldeveloped time management skills with the ability to handlemultiple priorities and workindependently.
Strongorganizational skills with a sense of urgency andflexibility.
Strong customerservice and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with flexibility and adaptability towork in a changing environment.
Knowledge of Workday is an asset.
Bilingual in English and French (spoken andwritten).
