Event Technology Consultant
Apex Systems is a global IT services provider and our staffing practice has an opening for a Systems Engineer with 3+ years experience running team virtual events to place at our client, a top Canadian Bank
Client : A top Canadian Bank
Terms : 12 months
Location Remote- 1-day a month Downtown
Primary Responsibilities :
- Plans and executes virtual events using Teams, including town halls
- Manages the logistics of the event, including scheduling, set up, running the event, and troubleshooting
- Ensures all technology aspects of the event run smoothly, including audio, video, and presentations
- Creates and edits content for the event, such as presentations and transcripts
- Communicates with clients and stakeholders before, during, and after the event
- Troubleshoots any technical issues that arise during the event
- Has experience with managing virtual events with 500-5000 people
Nice to Have :
- Good communication
- Experience with editing software
