London Pacific Property Agents Inc. is a Vancouver-based commercial real estate brokerage that specializes in land assembly and sales.
Our team lists, assembles, markets and sells land suitable for redevelopment. We work with property owners, investors, and premier developers to achieve their goals.
Since 1986, we have been dedicated to being the most active group of land assembly specialists in Metro Vancouver, focused on leadership in urban renewal and turning assembly and rezoning challenges into successes.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Junior Broker role. The Junior Broker will be responsible for supporting the Senior Brokers in all aspects of their day to day duties related to commercial real estate sales and development.
This includes market research, analysis, preparing financial reports, assisting in deal negotiation, and interacting with clients on behalf of the Senior Brokers.
As part of the team, the Junior Broker will provide excellent support in the land assembly process to help achieve the best outcome for the client.
Qualifications
- Must be a licensed real estate agent or in the process of obtaining your license
- Must have a vehicle
- Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry and sales process
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with online real estate databases, such as Paragon (MLS) or AUTOPROP, is an asset
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work on-site in Vancouver, BC
