Job Summary
We are currently recruiting for an individual to work with our fast-paced commercial broking department. The successful candidate must have basic insurance knowledge, perhaps already in a role where you’re ready for a change, new challenges and wants a dedicated career path.
You will be assisting our senior commercial brokers by handling assorted daily tasks with an eye to moving into the broker role.
The right person will want to learn and be eager to take on more. Mentoring will be provided daily.
Essential Job Functions
- Insurer Reach out Emails
- Coverage Comparisons in excel
- Cover Note issuance in word
- Policy document checking
- Attaching emails in EPIC
- Updating Policy Works
- Ensuring that our contact list is kept up to date
Qualifications and Soft Skills
- Extremely well organized, attention to detail and able to multi task
- Great communication skills
- EPIC experience, EXCEL, OUTLOOK, WORD
- Good memory and able to think outside of the box!
- Solution oriented
- Insurance career focused
- Work well in a team environment
