We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion
- Communicate with B2B and B2C clients to close sales.
- Prospect, engage, and acquire new clients within the commercial sector.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, property managers, and facility managers.
- Customize junk removal solutions to meet the specific needs and requirements of commercial clients.
- Implement and utilize CRM tools to track and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports for leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- 3+ years of experience with CRM softwares such as Hubspot, Salesforce or Pipedrive
- Has experience in subscription service sales an advantage
- Proven success in B2B and B2C sales, preferably within the service industry.
- Strong understanding of the commercial real estate, and property management sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
