About the role

Our team is looking for a Manager, Creative Studio & Communications - Intact Lab!

Are you passionate about content strategy, UX copywriting and communications? Would you like to join a dynamic team of shared services that enable product teams to optimize the customer experience with clear content, inspiring visuals and engaging digital communications?

We have the perfect opportunity for you!

What you'll do :

• Manage a shared services team specialized in content creation, graphic design and communications that contributes to create human centered experiences that are clear and functional and meet business objectives.
• Translate business objectives into clear team and individual objectives and a clear, innovative and inspiring technology roadmap, collaborating closely with the various stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with all product development teams to adapt our solutions, tools and processes to their needs.
• Develop productive and engaged teams, promoting the development of personal and technical skills. Mentor team members regarding their career development.

What you need :

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, technology or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in graphic design, content creation and / or digital communications.
• Minimum of 3 years of team management.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment that values teamwork, innovation, open-mindedness and fun.
• Experience in project management and knowledge of agile product delivery.
• Bilingualism (French / English) need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
• No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
