Customer Service Representative
We are looking to fill a permanent position of Agent, customer service at our Ville Saint-Laurent offices.
Position Overview :
We are seeking a agent, customer service dedicated to a career in the hardware industry. Your role will consist of answering telephone calls from clients of the company.
He needs to listen, understand and solve the problems posed by the caller within a reasonable time. It performs its task by following the line of conduct set by the company and shall treat the person who is on the phone with respect.
It ensures regular monitoring of customer files and contacts clients directly, should an emergency arise.
More specifically, your main tasks will be :
- Respond to incoming calls from industrial customers (kitchen designers, cabinetmakers, designers, architects, etc.).
- Ensure Follow up on orders;
- Process orders made by e-mail;
- Participate in training sessions on new products;
- Any other related duties.
Requirements :
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in customer service
- Bilingualism (French and English)
- Excellent sense of initiative
- Ability to absorb a lot of information quickly
- Dynamic
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks (or customer files) simultaneously
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in ;
- Strong communication (written and oral) and presentation skills;
- Good aptitude in analyzing issues and proposing solutions;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to create business relationship.
