Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Associate in our flower business, you will be the ambassador of our company. Your role will be to provide an exceptional customer experience by offering thoughtful advice and service when selecting and purchasing flowers and related products.

Responsibilities :

• Warmly welcome customers during their visit to the store.
• Provide personalized advice and recommendations for floral arrangements based on preferences and special occasions.
• Take orders by phone and in person with professionalism and kindness.
• Carefully package flowers and prepare arrangements for delivery.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including the upkeep of product displays.
• Handle payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Requirements :

• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, especially during busy periods.
• Positive, patient, and professional attitude, even in demanding situations.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
