Skills and Responsibilities.
- Provide comprehensive remote or in-store support and training on the Pharmacy System and other pharmacy software to pharmacy teams in Shoppers Drug Mart.
- Validate that all business requirements have been met before opening store on the Pharmacy System
- Finding opportunities related to the adoption of the Pharmacy system and workflow and other Enterprise pharmacy initiatives
- Liaison with Pharmacy Enhanced Support, Rx Operations, Regional, and Corporate Personnel as required
- Maintain detailed reporting of technical deficiencies encountered during week of launch
- Good years retail pharmacy experience in either a Shoppers Drug Mart.
- Ability to travel and work last minute travel assignments (80% travel within BC and 20% rest of Canada)
- Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends) and within a fast-paced and demanding schedule.
- Possess a valid Driver’s License
- Must take initiative and be able to work with little supervision
- Individual must be meticulous with program artifacts and processes
