Theideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 yearsexperience in the health and social caresector showcasing astrong commercial mindset and a track record of driving growth.
They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunitiesnurturing partnerships and expanding the client base for ourclients livein care and visiting careservices.
Asa key member of the Business Development Team within our clientsorganization the successful candidate will contribute to thestrategic vision of the company.
They will demonstrate proficiencyin analyzing market trends evaluating performance metrics andproviding strategic updates to the business and Senior LeadershipTeam (SLT).
Requirements
- Previoustrack record of developing new business within the health andsocial care sector (Ideally in homecare).
- Strongcommunication and relationship buildingskills.
- Knowledgeof care services (livein care and visiting etc) DESIRABLE
