Hourly salary of $43.00 to $52.42 based onexperience.

4monthcontract.

Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.

Hybridwork : 2 remote days and 3 days in the office (Tuesday toThursday).

Responsibilities :

1.Global Real Estate Platform Financial Planning / ForecastingReporting andAnalysis

Provide highquality financial information and analysis for MIM sglobal real estate platform. Prepare and present the monthlyfinancial results including analysis of actual to budget varianceand progress against the objectives set out in the AIPscorecard.

Collaborate with theglobal real estate team and MIM finance teams to develop the annualplan and monthly forecast for MIM s global real estate platformensuring alignment with the product s offering / governing documentsand propertylevel budget asappropriate.

Identify andimplement continuous improvements with respect to finance processescontrols and performance reporting andanalysis.

Meet the needs ofsenior management through the provision of valueadded analysis withan indepth understanding of MIMs global real estate business andbroader market trends.

This can include supporting the developmentand maintenance of the productlevel profitability and fundperformance models.

Assist withcontinuous enhancement of processes and controls related tofinancial and managementreporting.

Provide input to thedesign implementation and ongoing operation of financial systemsthat support the global real estatebusiness.

2.Private Markets and Global Real Estate Project & StrategySupport andAnalysis

Provide commercial input and financial analysis and support forglobal real estate strategic initiatives and business projects asneeded.

Where applicable assist with the development of projectfinancials and performance tracking of implementedinitiatives.

Contribute to andprovide input on other Segment and Group Finance initiatives asrequired.

Assist with other adhocprojects oranalyses.

3.Private Markets Global Real Estate Fund Financial ReportingDeliverables andAnalysis

Support AVP Planning and Analysis Global Real EstateOperations.

Provide oversightover the Fund s external and internal financial reportingdeliverables and analysis.

Support and assist with the Fund s transactions and structuralchanges.

Collaborate with variousinternal Shared Service teams.

Collaborate with externalconsultants.

Whatyou will need tosucceed :

University Degree preferably in Accounting orFinance.

Certified PublicAccountant (CPA) or equivalent accounting or finance professionalcredential.

45 years ofexperience in finance particularly in financial accountingreporting and analysis with increasing levels ofresponsibility.

Experience withfinancial reporting processes data and information managementcontrols reporting and analysis.

Experience in financial planning andforecasting.

Experience withaccounting and financial systems in complexorganizations.

Experience in thereal estate industry and / or investment management industry isstrongly preferred but notmandatory.

Proficient inanalytical and problemsolving abilities with meticulous attentionto detail.

Capable of evaluatingintricate scenarios with a comprehensive strategicperspective.

Flexibility andadaptability to changing requirements andpriorities.

Strong quantitativeand analytic approach to building business strategies andestablishing measurement systems to monitor growth efficiency andprofitability.

Organizedselfmotivated and able to multitask in a fastpaced and dynamic workenvironment and able to work with minimalsupervision.

Vision respect forand understanding of missiondriveninstitutions.

Superior writtenand verbal communication skills with the ability to cater themessage to various stakeholders including seniorexecutives.

Strong interpersonalskills with the ability to build relationships across the Divisionand with external stakeholders; ability to collaborate negotiateand influenceeffectively.
