Saatchi & Saatchi Toronto is looking for a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Manager to join our team!
Key Responsibilities :
- Create, execute, & manage paid search strategies.
- Communicate with clients, attend meetings, and present to clients on a regular basis.
- Translate client’s marketing goals into a successful paid search strategy & manage client expectations.
- Educate paid search team and clients on SEM best practices and strategies.
- Day-to-day supervision of client paid search and analytics programs including strategic approach, recommendations and performance.
- Provide strategic direction on specific initiatives, identifying key messages or value proposition and the best means to communicate it.
- Conduct keyword research, build keyword lists, and analyze search volume and competition to provide campaign recommendations.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaign strategies, including bid optimization, landing page optimization, and search remarketing.
- Create paid search reports, analyzing campaign performance along with strategic recommendations for continual improvement.
- Contribute to paid search and analytics new business pitches.
- Stay current on emerging trends and act as a thought leader, keeping the team updated on changes and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years Search Engine Marketing (SEM) experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong technical SEM background & proven track record in paid search engine optimization.
- Strong background with the following SEM tools : Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Search Ads 360, Bing Ads, and more.
- Strong presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex data in simple terms.
- Strong leadership, organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Keen eye for detail & excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of web development & JavaScript is an asset.
