Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience and address any concerns.
Stay informed about company products, services, and industry regulations. Qualifications : Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance sector.
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
