Human Resources : Technology; ensures effective tools and infrastructure.
Planning and Procurement : Responsible for strategic growth initiatives.
Administrative and Financial Support : Policy, process, workflow, and overall office operations.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or legal.
- Master’s degree is preferred and considered an asset.
- 10+ years in a leadership role in a law firm.
- Proven success and contributions to strategic growth planning and execution.
- Strong understanding of law firm administration and daily operations.
- Leadership, communication, and a desire to collaborate at all levels of the firm.
COMPENSATION
Annual salary range is up to $185,000 depending on experience. Competitive benefits, vacation, and RSP matching.
