About theRole :

As a Business Lead you playan integral role as the key client relationshipbuilder and businesspartner to The Gardens clients while working closely with both thestrategic and creative teams to explore and uncover creativesolutions to client business challenges.

Beyond leading thedaytoday relationship you will also be tasked with creating theconditions for true client partnership.

A ProjectLead is generally assigned to each project / client and will workwith you to manage the daytoday details and workflow of eachproject through to completion.

You will be responsible foroverseeing the Project Leads work providing coaching and mentorshipto develop their skills as needed.

You will also be tasked withoverall business management of your assigned clients. This includesproject planning resource allocation and overall financialmanagement.

PrimaryResponsibilities :

  • Establish and maintain a relationshipof trust with a portfolio of clients by understanding their needsand expectations with the ultimate goal of identifying the criteriafor success and actively contributing toit;
  • Maintain regularcontact with clients to develop and nurture strongrelationships;
  • Fullyunderstand all aspects of the clients business industry and keycompetitors;
  • Createproject plans identify resource needs and develop Statements ofWork (including applicable fees) for all client projects;
  • Ensure tight fiscalmanagement of account expenditures and profitability of clientbusiness; manage financial forecasting and margin / revenuerecognition;
  • Creativeproblem solving and sourcing / identifying of partners to transformideas into action plans whererequired;
  • Oversee andsupport Project Lead with project financials processing clientinvoices vendor payments with the Finance team and overall budgetreconciliation byproject;
  • Lead and maintainhigh quality assurance for allprojects;
  • Oversee ProjectManagers throughout all phases ofproduction;
  • Providementorship for Project Managers and identify key opportunities forprofessional development (ifapplicable);
  • Take anactive role in building a positive work environment andculture;
  • Actively seek outopportunities for organic growth with existing clients transformingthem into newprojects.

RequiredSkills :

  • 8 yearsexperience working in a client services and / or project managementrole;
  • Exceptionalinterpersonal leadership and communicationskills;
  • A natural problemsolver proactive in identifying issues and opportunities andrecommending actionablesolutions;
  • Comfortableengaging with and presenting to client teams gaining theirconfidence andtrust;
  • Superiororganizational and time management skills with a strong attentionto detail;
  • Proven abilityto forecast project resourcing needs and managefinancials;
  • Creativethinker able to look beyond the traditional and expected solutionsto find unique opportunities to deliver on clientmandates;
  • Collaborativeand motivating helping to inspire the team to produce great workand effectively troubleshoot challenges as theyarise;
  • Levelheaded; calmand composed under pressure focused on achieving the endgoal;
  • Flexible with theability to multitask and keep several balls in the air withoutbreaking a sweat;
  • Agenuine interest in current trends advertising brands design andthe marketing world ingeneral.
