Adecco is actively looking for committed Flow Controllers to join our client's operations team in Toronto, ON. This is a temporary-to-permanent position that offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in monitoring equipment, resolving system issues, and ensuring seamless operational flow.
Availability for rotational shifts is a requirement.
- Pay rate : $20 / hour.
- Location : Toronto, ON
- Shifts : Monday-Friday Shifts will fall within 6 : 00am-6 : 30pm

- Respond quickly to operational callouts, error notifications, alarms, warnings, and complaints.
- Clearly communicate system events to relevant teams to minimize disruptions to customer operations.
- Monitor equipment and provide guidance to client / customer staff on proper processes and machine operations.
- Resolve system issues or blockages as needed.
- Keep the system and floor space clean and free from obstacles.
- Follow instructions as directed and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Work alongside customers and team members to address system issues effectively.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all activities, breakdowns, and incidents.
- Share equipment knowledge with other staff members.
- Comply with OH&S procedures and consistently use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report any damage or misuse of company tools and equipment.
- Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by the Operations & Maintenance Manager or Shift Leader. Requirements :
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Available to work rotational shifts between 6 : 00 AM and 6 : 30 PM.
- Highly motivated individual with a quick learning ability.
- Basic problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Good English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred (not heavy machinery).
- Punctual, dependable, and well-presented.
- Mechanical or electrical aptitude is a plus.
- Current Forklift license is highly beneficial but not essential.
