Responsibilities : You will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales responsibilities including customer service and developing relationships with customers Attend daily training sessions and workshops to increase product knowledge and to stay current with all of our client’s products, services, and pricing Develop product knowledge and practice active listening with customers and clients in order to translate that knowledge into tailored solutions with each customer interaction Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally addressing client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
Requirements : 1-3 years of customer service, sales or retail experience is an asset Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset Self-motivated and goal-orientated Full time availability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and be self-motivated, with strong time-management and organization skills Powered by JazzHR
