Are you ready to step into a fast-paced, growing manufacturing organization located in the Fraser Valley? Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their collaborative finance team at their Langley head office. Please note this is an in office position - 5 days / week.
As the Accounts Receivable Clerk, you’ll be key in managing the full life cycle of accounts receivable for a group of companies. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Administration, your adaptability, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills will help keep processes running smoothly.
Responsibilities :
- Create invoices in strict alignment with company policies
- Post and process cash receipts efficiently
- Review and process customer credit applications
- Conduct credit and collection calls with professionalism
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Provide back up to the Accounts Payable Clerk
