This Reputable Construction Firm, with a very diverse portfolio of ICI projects, are looking for their Operations Director to lead construction operations, manage & motivate teams and oversee a portfolio of projects.
These projects include : project types Ground-Up, Commercial, Institutional, Government, Municipal construction.
The role involves :
- Managing & driving multiple teams
- Running day to day construction operations
- Overseeing a portfolio of projects
- Oversight of the estimating process
- Being the main liaison for a variety of key clients
Experience needed :
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering or a related field
- MBA is preferred
- 10-15+ years of experience within the construction industry
- A proven background in overseeing projects with values of $50M-$80M+
- Experience with project types such as : Ground-Up, Commercial, Institutional, Government; Municipal construction projects experience is of particular interest
- A driven, determined and motivating leader who can instill energy into their team
