Your Daily Responsibilities
As a Client Care Specialist, you are the public face of Access Information Management.
- You will answer questions by phone and by email about services available, pricing, work orders, invoicing or shipping inquiries and inventories, will manage the customer’s complaints and will find solutions to any customers’ inquiries.
- You will help the clients navigating into the ordering software and place their orders.
- You will produce credit adjustments when necessary and will prepare customers reports.
- You will provide training sessions to all new customers on the ordering software.
- You will submit standard sales quotes and will help customers with contracts questions.
- You will also accomplish all other tasks and projects assigned by your Supervisor.
More About You
- At least 2-4 years of customer service experience.
- You are a pro on the computer using different software (Salesforce, Total Recall, FileBRIDGE, SAP).
- Strong oral and written communication skills (must possess grammatically correct English skills).
- Must possess problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate issues and conflicts.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
