Breakaway Executive Search is currently hiring a Production Superintendent to join the team of a great manufacturing company in Vancouver.

Salary : $90,000-120,000 / year Responsibilities : - Manage supervisors and production employees, delegate daily tasks, review performance, set objectives, conduct training, and develop teams to ensure manufacturing processes are adhered to and products meet quality standards- Recommend, develop, and implement new plans, processes, and procedures to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes - Oversee trials for new products / processes- Other duties as required Qualifications : - Bachelor's Degree in a technical major- Previous experience within the manufacturing industry (3-5 years' experience)- Previous Six Sigma, Lean manufacture, Green Belt improvement experience- Previous experience in a Leadership / management role managing salaried / hourly personnel (Minimum 2 years' experience) - Good computer skills (specifically Word, Excel, Kronos, Email, and PeopleSoft)- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)- Proficient in applying mathematical concepts and statistical methods for forecasting and practical applications - Strong organizational skills- High attention to detail- Safety consciousIf you match the qualifications we require and are looking for a great new job opportunity in Vancouver, please apply now!By applying to this position you agree to allow Breakaway Staffing to contact you via email, text, or phone call communication regarding this job application.
