We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of post-graduate experience in North America (Canada / USA) and a strong background in project management.
Experience within the Pharmacy / Healthcare industry is highly desirable, and corporate experience is a plus.

Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing project activities.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- Support project managers in various administrative tasks.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree (post-graduate preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in North America.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of Pharmacy / Healthcare industry practices (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.
- Corporate experience is a plus.
