The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist this organization's leadership. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events, as necessary.

Qualifications
Personal Assistant Qualifications :
Education :
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Driving Skills :
- Must hold a valid G2 driver's license.
- Professional Experience :
- Experience in administrative tasks, scheduling, and time management.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Communication Skills :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Organizational Skills :
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Availability :
- Flexible availability to meet varying client needs.
- Willingness to travel within the city as required for job duties.
Professional Attributes :
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to tasks.
Additional Qualifications / not needed but a high plus :
- First Aid and CPR certification is an asset.
- Bilingualism or multilingualism is an asset.
