About the Role

We are seeking Consulting Interns to join our dynamic management consulting team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with Fortune 500 clients, diving deep into their unique challenges and crafting bespoke solutions.

You will work directly with a Consultant who will provide coaching and mentorship. The expectation for interns is identical to that of full-time Associate Consultants, with the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience.

This internship can be structured for school credit, and candidates who demonstrate strong potential and an ability to learn may receive a return offer for a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and specify digital project requirements.
• Conduct detailed analysis to determine project scope and deliverables.
• Develop process documentation to support business processes.
• Lead and facilitate meetings and workshops with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist in the design of system architecture, workflows, and user interfaces.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Continuously liaise with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met and / or exceeded.
• Define and develop digital roadmaps for clients, aligning their business goals with tailored technology solutions.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives by advising clients on digital transformation and innovation, helping them stay ahead of industry trends.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analytics.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills with a keen ability to translate complex concepts into understandable terms.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint and Excel is a must; experience with tools like Miro and Jira is a plus.
• Experience with E-Commerce project management and the Shopify ecosystem is preferred.

Interview Process

• Screening Interview : If your resume passes the initial screening, we will schedule a quick call to learn more about your background and interest in the role.
• Case Interview : A one-hour interviewer-led case where you'll be walked through an actual client situation to assess your problem-solving and analytical skills.
• WHO Interview : An in-person interview at our office, focusing on diving deeper into your past experiences and understanding how they align with our values and expectations.
• References : We will ask for 2-3 professional references to gain more insights into your work ethic, collaboration, and overall performance.
