About the Role :
The Technical Sales Representative is crucial in driving sales and sustaining business growth by providing expert technical knowledge, advice, and support to both existing and potential customers, especially within Fortune 5000 companies.
This role requires an adept understanding of technical products, particularly in CRM and database solutions, combined with a strategic approach to customer relationship management and sales process execution.
Job Responsibilities :
- Customer Engagement : Develop and maintain strong relationships with Fortune 5000 clients, understanding their business needs and technical environments.
- Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed a monthly sales target of $30,000 through strategic account management and targeted sales initiatives.
- Solution Tailoring : Understand customer use cases thoroughly and suggest appropriate technical solutions, particularly focusing on data replication for CRM systems and databases.
- Technical Demonstrations : Conduct and customize product demonstrations that specifically showcase how our data replication solutions can integrate with and enhance CRM systems and database functionalities.
- Account Management : Manage the entire account lifecycle from onboarding Fortune 5000 companies to maintaining and growing them as valuable customers.
- Technical Support : Provide ongoing technical assistance, ensuring high satisfaction and continuous engagement of key accounts.
- Market Analysis : Stay abreast of market trends and competitor strategies to effectively position our solutions.
- Sales Process Management : Oversee the entire sales process, ensuring a seamless flow from prospecting through to sale closure and ongoing account management.
- Reporting : Prepare comprehensive reports detailing sales activities, client engagements, and market insights.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with marketing, support, and product development teams to align strategies and enhance product offerings.

- Technical Expertise : Advanced understanding of Salesforce, Dynamics 365 CRM, data replication technologies, and databases.
