THE ROLE
As the Manager, Production, you willlead the team to :
Establish the enduring approach for production at Aritzia
Develop the highest quality product against defined standards, using industry leading practices
Secure the best possible production lead times without compromising quality
Secure the best possible production margins without compromising lead-time and quality
Ensure the high-quality, timely, and cost effective delivery of all materials and finished goods once they are in production
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Manager, Production has :
Proven skills, certifications, education and / or experience in :
Production, Global Sourcing, and / or Direct to Vendor
Product component costing and negotiation skills
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
If applicable : Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus.
