- Collaboratewith the CEO and the senior leadership team to refine and executethe strategicvision
- Leadthe development and implementation of sales and marketingstrategies to drive continued revenuegrowth
- Manageand optimize the sales process leveraging the unique valuepropositions of softwaresolutions
- Cultivateand maintain strong relationships with key clients partners andstakeholders
- Overseethe marketing team in creating and executing innovative campaignsthat elevate the brand s visibility and marketpresence
- Utilizedatadriven insights to refine marketing strategies and maximizeperformance
- Workclosely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integrationof sales and marketing efforts with product development andcustomersuccess
- Regularlycommunicate progress challenges and opportunities to the executiveteam

- Provenexperience in a senior leadership role overseeing both sales andmarketingfunctions

- Experienceselling into SMB companies aplus

- Familiaritywith the landscaping industry or similar markets isadvantageous
